This website is operated by Valora Capital Partners BV (“Valora”, “we”, “us”), the controller responsible for your personal data.
02What we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to provide through our contact form:
- Name — so we can address our reply.
- Email address — so we can respond to you.
- Organisation — optional, to give context to your enquiry.
- Message — the content of your enquiry.
Our website host may also process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in standard server logs for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
03Why we use it & legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to read, assess and respond to your enquiry, and to maintain any resulting correspondence. The legal bases under the GDPR are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the form’s consent checkbox, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent, and we do not sell it.
04Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service acting as our processor, and are stored in our email systems. These providers process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
05How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any relationship that follows — up to 36 months after our last contact with you — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@valoracapital.eu.

07Cookies & fonts
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless service — to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic; it does not use cookies or track you across sites. The site also loads the Barlow typeface from Google Fonts; when fonts are served, Google may receive your IP address.
